Swami Vivekananda speaks on Hinduism and Religion

The two videos below scroll the text of two small talks by Swami Vivekananda at Chicago in 1893 with the corresponding audio track. They explain the gist of Hinduism by quoting a sloka from “Baghavad Gita” and the concept of Universal acceptance of all religion.

Though these words were spoken over a century ago, they echo apt and true to this day. From an audio release, about the Life and Works of Swami Vivekananda. Though it is not the actual voice of Vivekananda, we can feel the power of his thoughts on Hinduism, and his respect for other religions.
